About International Independent Film Makers
Dubai-based Icon Art Production has launched a unique non-profit initiative “IIFM” in UAE, to assist local filmmakers in producing their creative visual projects. It will cover short films, documentaries and feature films.

We are going to offer for FREE, state-of-art cameras and artistic supervision to filmmakers in Dubai, UAE. All the people involved in this non-profit initiative, will donate time and expertise for free to enhance Dubai's position as a rising regional and international filmmaking hub.

International Independent Film Makers (IIFM) is an Initiative taken to support Independent Film Makers in UAE, GCC and around the world. DFM will serve Independent filmmakers and promote film in local and international Market by building a professional branding of each film and creating awareness in the local and international Market.

IIFM initiatives is also bringing a unique opportunity to compete the films produced, which will encourage the talents to work on international level and which will take the film to international competitions.

International Independent Film Makers (IIFM) will also encourage local talents to volunteer and support the production of short films and feature films.

International Independent Film Makers will also conduct workshops for Digital Cinema which will bring awareness and encourage Independent Film makers to use the right Equipments for their projects.
